Hellier Services employs the latest 3D documentation technology to quickly and accurately capture digital point cloud data and high-resolution 3D images of your facility to create a 3D-Interspace. Our clients can easily and efficiently manage operations, projects, safety programs, and other facility activities using this data and external data integration. The data can be accessed by all departments in the company remotely, which promotes collaboration and improves productivity.

Walk through your facility from your computer or mobile device to view the high resolution 3D images or Laser Scan data. Accurately measure anywhere in the 360 image or scan data. Equipment and other items can be identified with a digital tag and stored in a searchable database for easy identification.
Using the latest Drone scanners, NavVis VLX and MLX Scanner, we capture laser scan data of the complete facility, while simultaneously, four cameras positioned on top of the device capture high resolution 3D images in every direction and without the operator appearing in the field of view. The data is stored in a 360° environment. The data is easily accessed within the NavVis IVION browser.
Hellier Services Founder, David Hellier, has been involved with 3D documentation for over 20-years. From the early beginnings of the 3D laser scanning industry, at INOVX Solutions, he has been involved with hundreds of 3D documentation projects in multiple industries and is an industry advocate of 3D data for facility life cycle management.
Our service includes a no-cost comprehensive evaluation to help identify the right solution for your facility. After a plan is developed, scanning of the facility is quickly executed and the Interspace-3D database is delivered.
VLX is a SLAM-based mobile mapping system developed by Navvis, a company specializing in indoor mapping and positioning solutions. The Navvis VLX system uses LiDAR and camera sensors to capture data as it moves through an environment, allowing for the creation of highly accurate and detailed 3D maps.
The system is designed to be used in a variety of industries, including architecture, engineering, construction, and facility management. The Navvis VLX is able to capture up to 300,000 points per second, allowing for fast and efficient mapping of large indoor spaces.
The Navvis VLX system utilizes advanced SLAM algorithms to accurately track the device's position and orientation as it moves through the environment. The system uses a combination of visual and inertial odometry, as well as loop closure detection, to ensure accurate positioning and mapping.
One of the key features of the Navvis VLX system is its ability to capture both geometric and semantic information about the environment. This allows for the creation of highly detailed and accurate maps that can be used for a wide range of applications, including indoor/outdoor navigation, facility management, and facility design.
Overall, the Navvis VLX system is a powerful example of how SLAM technology can be used to create highly accurate and detailed maps of environments. The system's advanced algorithms and sensors enable it to capture a wealth of information about the environment, making it a valuable tool for a wide range of applications.
